Marlin Lester is a seasoned professional with over three decades of expertise in construction maintenance and integrity management services across various industries, including Oil and Gas, Infrastructure and Defense, Aerospace, and Power Generation Markets. His career is marked by a remarkable track record of driving exponential growth and successful acquisitions for leading companies in the field.

In September 2008, Mr. Lester embarked on a new chapter as the Vice President of Operations for a startup division of RBG USA, Inc. based in Lafayette, Louisiana. Under his leadership, the division experienced rapid growth, with revenues exceeding $30 million in less than three years. This impressive performance led to the acquisition of RBG USA, Inc. by Stork Technical Services in May 2011. Notable contract awards during this period included partnerships with industry giants such as BP, BHP Billiton, Shell, Chevron, Murphy, and ENI.

Following his tenure at RBG USA, Inc., Mr. Lester joined The NACHER Corporation in June 2011 as Vice President. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in achieving an impressive 118% growth from 2011 to 2013. Recognizing his exceptional leadership, he was promoted to Executive Vice President and subsequently led NACHER to a further 100% growth in the 2014 fiscal year. NACHER was eventually acquired by MISTRAS Group, where Mr. Lester continued to serve as Executive Vice President and Global COE Manager for five years.

In December 2019, Mr. Lester assumed the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Corrosion Prevention Technologies. His strategic vision and leadership were instrumental in orchestrating the merger of multiple entities to form Corrosion Innovations LLC, where he now holds the position of Chief Executive Officer.

Throughout his career, Mr. Lester has demonstrated a keen eye for strategic acquisitions, leading the successful integration of Chlor*Rid and Holdtight within a 12-month period. In addition to his many leadership positions, he has also taken on the role of CEO at Allco Solutions, LLC, a company specializing in mechanical integrity, coating, and corrosion inspections across diverse markets, including oil and gas, marine, offshore, and pipeline industries.
